Care for your gemstone

Quite a durable gemstone with a hardness of 8.0 on the MOHS gemstone hardness scale, Topaz is sensitive to heat, sunlight, temperature changes, and chemicals.

To care for your gemstones clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. Be sure to rinse well to remove soapy residue. Store separately to avoid scratching or being scratched.
