Shipping policy

UK Shipping: Currently, there have been no major changes to the way we dispatch our orders. Some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales due to the exceptionally high volume of post and COVID-19 measures put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices.

Delivery cost: Free UK delivery

Delivery Method: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Your tracking information will be emailed in the shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Package Processing time: 1-3 days from receipt of payment. UK Public Holidays will affect delivery dates. We are unable to deliver on a Bank Holidays.

Packaging: Your jewellery will come carefully packaged in a jewellery gift box.

Gift Packaging: Our items are packaged in gift boxes, so make a wonderful treat for that special occasion! We can add a gift card if you require your jewellery item to be sent direct to the recipient or should you be planning a surprise, ensure our outer packaging does not show our name. Please contact paul@iceni-silvercraft.co.uk with name and address of recipient together with any special message you may wish to add to the gift card.
